  1. It can be used as an additional means for locating an individual or associates
  2. It can be used to determine the assets of an individual. This can be very helpful with impending litigation or trying to determine the likelihood of repayment

How do I search effectively?

  • Select type of property search and use only last name, first name and state to get the best results or enter a Parcel ID for a more direct match
  • Select type of property search and use only address, city and state to gets results on an individual property
  • Only enter a middle initial as a last resort to narrow search results
  • Search both assessment and deed records to get a comprehensive picture

What sources are searched?

  • Assessment records for previous years
  • Deeds up to the current month
  • Multiple databases

How else can this product be used?

This search may also be used to determine property that has been appropriated to another party. Third parties found on assessment and deed records are usually very willing to assist in providing a forwarding address or contact information for the individual.
